On any given day, Ritika spends most of her time engaging with clients on Business Development strategies, best sales practices, implementation of sales plans and marketing alignment.

Prior to founding Ri-Think in 2020, Ritika spent over a decade in business development and sales roles across various industries, including management consulting, HR, aviation and education.

When not hustling for clients, Ritika spends her time playing board games with friends, reading a good book or travelling!

Vaishnavi Sammanu

Sales & Marketing Consultant

At Ri-Think, Vaishnavi plays a key role in lead management, client outreach and Linkedin Business Page management. She also looks after the day to day marketing activities for the business.

With a Degree in BioInformatics and five years of overseas experience in sectors including agriculture, edutech and real estate, Vaishnavi loves the world of start ups & the quick pace it brings.

Outside of work, Vaishnavi is mum to a young son, enjoys sharing her passion for yoga as a teacher and finds solace outdoors on leisurely walks.

Lynne Lawson

Creative Lead

Lynne lives and breathes marketing strategies, looking at all the facets of a business.  She loves digging deep to see what the client sees and writing marketing plans from a customer perspective. Lynne's goal is to ensure that Marketing spend equates to a strong Return On Investment.

Lynne has been building her expertise in Marketing since 2010, working with clients throughout NZ. There aren't many industries that Lynne hasn't worked with - which keeps the ideas fresh and alive.

If she's not busy building a brand, Lynne can be seen out and about exploring Wellington's coastlines, sometimes with her camera, sometimes with her young Havanese dog - Casper!
